Part 4/8:
Arriving in the heart of Tokyo, the atmosphere was strikingly different than anticipated. In stark contrast to many bustling cities around the world, the streets were surprisingly quiet, with a clear lack of honking cars or loud commotion. The serenity allowed the traveler to fully soak in their surroundings—a refreshing surprise for someone used to the auditory hijinks of metropolitan life.
Venturing further into the city, the excitement was palpable. Encountering local delicacies, such as strawberry milk from a nearby convenience store, the traveler was astounded by the affordability of goods—a delightful contrast to the initial expectation of skyrocketing prices. Sampling the sweet drink at a mere dollar highlighted the unexpectedly reasonable cost of living.
