Early Days: Building Foundations
Day One kicked off with an enthusiastic push-up session. With previous experience, the individual performed 21 push-ups in a row, marking a significant improvement from a past inability to complete even a few reps. After a brief rest, they repeated this process for 30 minutes, feeling excited about the results.
