There’s an opportunity to transform part of the back area into a laundromat, which could generate additional monthly income. Adding services like this can diversify revenue streams and attract more foot traffic to the grocery store.
The parking situation, however, is a notable concern. With limited parking in front, there is potential to optimize the use of back space for employees or customers, easing some of the congestion.
