As spring rolls in, the team gears up for their working season, spanning from April to October. This time is dedicated to executing projects, filming their progress, and sharing their experiences online. After a winter pause for recharging and planning, they are ready to tackle numerous projects, structured into what they call "pots" or teams. This year, there will be six focused groups advancing different aspects of their work, including project execution, community support, and documentation.
