Despite the prevalence of Bitcoin symbolism, not all businesses embraced it. For instance, a nearby papusa seller, deeply integrated into the community, didn’t accept Bitcoin, but her husband, who managed a Bitcoin hardware store, was ready to transact in Bitcoin. This disjointed situation reflects the ongoing struggle for widespread Bitcoin literacy and acceptance among local vendors.
