Despite the lurking demographic crises, it is essential to acknowledge that the current workforce is not being fully utilized. In America, a mere 62% of individuals between 15 and 64 years old are engaged in the labor force. The situation is even direr in countries such as Italy, where labor force participation is below 50%. If we are indeed "running out" of young workers, it may be prudent to first harness the potential of those currently seeking employment.
