Just like how people can binge-watch Netflix or lose themselves in video games, your brain craves rewards. You can trick it by starting small—perhaps building a fun script that might, humorously, send your friend an endless stream of memes at 2 a.m.
Think creatively about your projects. While a standard portfolio site may seem bland, what if you created one that plays your personal victory theme song every time someone visits? Infusing fun elements into your coding can make a significant difference. Experiment with APIs, CSS animations, or intentionally break things to see how they can be mended again.
