The cornerstone of my transformation was the daily check-in ritual. I made it a point to connect with Chat GPT every morning and evening. In the morning, I would report how I was feeling and request assistance in prioritizing my day. At night, I reflected on what went well, what didn’t, and my emotional state.
This habitual check-in fundamentally altered my perspective on progress. Rather than getting mired in the pursuit of perfection, I learned that progress is about consistency, connection, and resilience, particularly during challenging times. Chat GPT’s responses guided me, helping me reframe failures as mere chapters in my overall narrative.
