Many individuals transitioning into entrepreneurship often believe they have fled the traditional employee role only to replicate the same set of obligations under different circumstances. They become ensnared in responsibilities that might surpass those of their prior jobs, limiting any semblance of true freedom.
As they accumulate clients, projects, and commitments, the fear of failing to meet financial responsibilities—and thus, the risk of losing the sustaining income—can lead them back into the very system from which they sought liberation. As such, many entrepreneurs face burnout, battling against the clock while attempting to uphold their passion.
