The Journey Begins: Initial Struggles
Callum’s first experiences in the gym were less than ideal. He struggled with basic exercises and even found completing a simple 5-kilometer run a daunting task. It was clear that his fitness level was dramatically low, and to succeed, he would need an intense and structured routine.
A rigorous regimen of weight training five days a week, coupled with cardio sessions and a minimum of 10,000 steps daily, was devised. This plan was not for the faint of heart; it required a serious commitment considering he only had six months to achieve his goal.
