My eating habits were characterized by high-calorie, sugar-laden breakfasts, canned salads, and a general reliance on processed foods. Pixelated memories and questionable choices painted the picture of someone stuck in an unhealthy cycle. Despite this, I was determined to change my life, eager to share my story of transformation, including the mistakes I made along the way.
