My journey began with an early wake-up call—literally at the crack of dawn—signaling a fresh start. The first major shift was replacing my typical 700-calorie sugary breakfast with a healthier, more satiating meal: four eggs and black coffee. While I ate quickly, this new breakfast kept me full until lunch, proving that calorie reduction can be effective. I also started focusing on salads, but my choices—like canned salmon and light dressings—reflected my limited knowledge and cautious approach. Looking back, I recognize that relying on seed oils and light products wasn't necessarily the best move, but at the time, it felt like progress.
