FIRE stands for Financial Independence, Retire Early. It’s a movement rooted in escaping the traditional 9-to-5 grind—a system where most of us trade our time for money. My approach is grounded in long-term, disciplined investing. Rather than living out of a typical checking account, all of my income flows directly into a brokerage account dedicated to growth and passive income.
I invest primarily in growth stocks, ETFs, and specialized funds like closed-end funds, notably Cornerstone. These funds pay hefty dividends—around 18%—which I reinvest through dividend drip strategies at their net asset value. Once a year, I capitalize on rights offerings—a strategic opportunity to buy low and sell high.
