In the midst of this, Lou inadvertently gets himself in trouble by carelessly driving into a garage, leading to a carbon monoxide poisoning incident that lands him in the hospital. Nick and Adam are contacted due to Lou's loneliness and the stark realization that their friend might have attempted something drastic. Nonetheless, Lou brings levity with his outrageous humor, expressing his disdain for unanswered calls.
