Part 2/7:
The film commences with the siblings preparing for a five-day stay with their grandparents while their mother, Loretta, goes on a cruise with her new boyfriend. Loretta has a strained history with her parents, having not spoken to them in 15 years—a backstory that sets the tone for what’s to come. Becca and Tyler aim to document their visit with a camcorder, infused with excitement at the prospect of meeting their long-lost grandparents, whom they refer to as "Nana" and "Pop Pop."
