Part 2/6:
Shortly after this unsettling moment, as So Yian disposes of trash outside, she spots Sun Kyung preparing to enter her car with Beon. She notices an eerie disappearance – the little girl who had been petting the cat is suddenly gone. Inside the elevator en route to their building, Beon begins to act up, agitated. Upon arrival, Sun Kyung's husband finds his wife lifeless next to Beon, who appears unharmed.
As the story unfolds, we learn more about So Yian's struggles with claustrophobia, stemming from past trauma. During a therapy session, her psychologist suggests that facing these fears will aid in her healing. After the incident with Sun Kyung, a sense of urgency propels So Yian back to the pet shop, revealing her bond with Beon.
