However, upon his death, he left no heir, plunging the nation into chaos and civil war as nobles fought desperately for the throne. Amidst this turmoil, a powerful wizard named Merlin intervened by creating the magical sword Excalibur, embedding it in a rock, thus ensuring that only Pendragon's legitimate heir could pull it free. After numerous failed attempts, it was a young boy named Arthur who succeeded, revealing himself as Uther's unknown son. Growing up to become the storied King Arthur, he reigned alongside the Knights of the Round Table. Yet, his half-sister, Morgana, who believed she was the rightful queen, harnessed dark magic to battle her brother. Though Arthur ultimately defeated her, Morgana vowed to return in Brittany’s time of weakness to reclaim Excalibur.
