As Riley matured, her emotions evolved alongside her, processing her daily experiences at night by transforming them into memories. While most of these memories were sent to long-term storage, some required additional processing, resulting in a journey through the dream production sector led by the visionary Paula Pimon, who coordinated various types of dreams including sports, comedy, and nightmares. Despite Paula being the driving force behind most productions, her recent failures to create impactful dreams weighed heavily on her. She had not achieved a dream as resonant as that which had helped Riley bid farewell to her childhood pacifier.
