Engaging with the Body
As the practice progresses, Adriene guides participants to hug their knees into their chest and engage in gentle movements such as circling the ankles and legs. The session unfolds with syncopated movements in which yoga enthusiasts can explore their flexibility and mobility, such as threading the needle poses and hamstring stretches.
