Starting with the tailbone, they engage in a series of spinal articulations, leading into poses like Cobra and Downward Facing Dog. Each pose is intentionally paired with breath, creating a rhythmic flow that establishes a connection between movement and the body’s inherent wisdom.
Transitioning into lunges and the Crescent Lunge, participants explore body extension and alignment. The practice acknowledges the individuality of each participant, allowing them to explore without rushing into movements, fostering a sense of self-discovery and growth.
