Grounding and Centering
In this session, we start by lying flat on our backs, encouraging a deep breath in while our shoulders relax into the earth. We can feel the surface beneath us, allowing the tensions of the day to melt away. As we set the feet flat on the mat and align them with our hips, we invite ourselves to be present, emphasizing the importance of the "now."
