Beginning with a spinal roll, we slowly peel off the mat one vertebra at a time—each inhalation lifting us higher, each exhalation guiding us towards relaxation. The movements are slow and deliberate, fostering a sense of connection to our bodies. After three rounds of this flowing movement, we shift our weight to each side of the body, enhancing our awareness of our lateral edges. This conscious shift brings both stability and softness, bringing a wave of serenity.
