This action symbolizes the essence of our practice; it’s about finding strength in stillness. Through each inhalation and exhalation, we cultivate awareness of our core muscles and how they support our spinal integrity.
Playfulness on the Mat
Transitioning into a sequence of "Wind Relieving Pose," we are invited to nurture our playful side. We squeeze our knees to our chest and extend one leg out at a time, incorporating breath with movement, showing gratitude for our bodies’ capabilities. This is further mirrored by a return to the Bridge pose, fostering openness in the heart space.
