You have the power to be selective about what you allow into your mind. If negative thoughts arise—thoughts filled with worry and fear—actively challenge their presence. When faced with such thoughts, ask yourself where they originated. Instead of letting negativity take root, erase it and replace it with positive affirmations. It is not enough to simply refrain from negative thinking; the mind must not be left empty. It needs to be filled with constructive thoughts and knowledge.
