However, the notion that it’s permissible—indeed, necessary—to request what we desire from the universe is a liberating concept.

Taking a courageous step towards confronting one’s fears transforms the very essence of our experience. Bravery is birthed from these steps. It is not the absence of fear that defines bravery, but rather the willingness to engage with it directly. By choosing to step aggressively towards what scares us, we begin to rewrite our internal narratives.
