In a moment of reluctant acceptance, Kaga Mitsu agreed, allowing each demon to claim one part of his child in exchange for the promise of victory. This act was marked by a bolt of lightning that carved a cross-shaped mark on his forehead. The priest, upon returning and discovering the dark dealings, became yet another victim of Kaga Mitsu's secrets.
