The annual Founders Day event arrives, presenting a platform for students to display their magic. Raina, now consumed by the sinister Shadows, unleashes her newfound destructive powers before the entire academy, but not before Nori intervenes to save her. In a moment of crucial bravery, Nori acknowledges the power of their friendship and races to aide Raina, risking her life to pull her friend back from the brink of darkness.
The trials lead to a climactic confrontation with the Shadow Magic demon. Surprisingly, it is the UDM students—previously underestimated—who rise to the occasion, joining forces to confront the dark entity.
