Part 4/9:
Awakening restrained in the bed, Anna finds herself under the care of three girls bizarrely dressed as fairy tale characters — Snow White, Red Riding Hood, and Cinderella. The girls, more concerned with their roles than genuine care, bring Anna unfitting "medicine" that reveals their lack of medical knowledge. As Anna's condition worsens from the snake bite, the absurdity peaks when they decide to amputate her injured hand.

Just as this horrifying act is about to commence, Angelica arrives, armed with intentions of her own. She is met with resistance when a girl named Kya attempts to stop Angelica from inflicting the pain. However, despite Kya's protests, Anna's hand is severed, inducing both physical pain and a sense of loss that compounds her existing fears.
