A spider escapes from the shoebox in his room, leading to a terrifying chain reaction. Kaleb learns the hard way about the consequences of bringing the spider into his home when his friend Toumani is bitten after trying on the new sneakers that Kaleb gave him. The pets Kaleb attempted to hide soon lead to serious repercussions, as the tiny spiders hatch and spread throughout the building.
The growing chaos culminates in tragedy when Toumani succumbs to the venom, leading to a fearful atmosphere among the building's residents. His death remains shrouded in questions, and the local authorities become involved, creating a lockdown situation.
