As the hunters hone their skills in the tranquil wilderness, shooting at moving targets, they also confront the challenges posed by both nature and the decisions they make. Wind drifts and precision become critical factors, but the emotional weight of the kill soon becomes apparent. The hunter's instinct is tested when a fellow hunter, a young man named TJ, is urged not to let an injured animal suffer, establishing an early tension between survival and compassion.
