One of Bentov's central ideas is that reality itself is a hologram—a self-organizing interference pattern of information. Using the analogy of dropping stones into water, he explains that each "stone" or point of observation emits waves that clash and interfere, creating complex patterns containing all information about the system.
"All the information about the universe is contained in these interference patterns," he asserts. "Our consciousness is one big hologram—an interconnected web of information that reflects the collective state of humanity."
This perspective implies that everything is interconnected at the informational level, and any change in one part influences the whole.
