The Fearless workout is designed to challenge participants with its structured intensity and specific rules. This workout focuses primarily on kettlebell training, emphasizing strength building in the upper body while maintaining an active recovery period.
Workout Structure
The workout is segmented into several tasks, each with a defined duration and set of requirements:
- Task One: Double Kettlebell Clean and Strict Press
Duration: 6 minutes
Objective: Perform as many rounds as possible of kettlebell cleans from a dead position followed by a strict press.
- Task Two: Active Recovery
Duration: 4 minutes
Objective: Engage in activities that aid in body recovery, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
