Objective: Complete as many rounds as possible with a single kettlebell, with the option to switch hands as necessary.
The format alternates between double kettlebell work and active recovery, concluding with single kettlebell exercises. This structure is designed to maximize performance while ensuring sufficient recovery between intense efforts.
