To calculate your score for the kettlebell cleans and presses, you multiply the total number of reps by the weight of the kettlebell used for both Task One and Task Three.
Key Points to Remember:
Weight Consistency: Participants must stick to the same kettlebell weight throughout the workout. The only exception is if switching to a push press when required.
Rep Requirements:
A minimum of 60 total reps for all three rounds of Task One is needed for the score to count.
A minimum of 30 reps is required for Task Three.
Failure to meet these minimums results in disqualification from scoring.
