Transitioning from the man we met in season one to a more complex character by season two, his transformation manages to resonate deeply. The stark change in his demeanor and expression symbolizes the psychological toll the brutal games have taken on him. Unlike the subdued character we saw initially, his struggles reveal not only his physical changes but also a heavy, burdensome psyche.
