In a bowl, combine the flour with the dry yeast and mix them well. Create a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the egg, salt, sugar, oil, and water. Stir everything together until a dough forms, which should take about three minutes.
Letting the Dough Rise
After mixing, the dough should be smooth and ready to set aside. Place the dough in a greased pizza pan (30 cm in diameter), spreading it evenly across the surface. Cover it and allow it to rise for about 45 minutes, until it becomes smooth and fluffy.
