Part 4/8:
One of the pressing issues the new Flamengo management has to deal with stems from a contract signed by former president Rodolfo Landin. During his term, Landin made a deal to sell five of Flamengo’s games in the Campeonato Carioca to an external company without a clear understanding of his future role at the club.
As the new administration took over, they found themselves in a complex situation where one of these games, initially slated to take place in Manaus, was now clashing with their schedule. The management identified logistical challenges inherent to the trip, making it impractical to proceed as planned. With negotiations ongoing between Flamengo, the company involved, and the other parties, the outcome of this situation remains uncertain.
