Using two tablespoons, scoop the batter. One spoon will serve to hold the batter, while the other will help slide the batter into the hot oil, forming a round shape. Do this process repeatedly until the pan is filled, but be sure not to overcrowd it.

You will notice that the bolinhos will begin to turn golden and, in the process, will flip naturally in the oil. Once they reach your desired level of crispiness and color, take them out and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
