During an interview with Romário on his television show, Neymar expressed his thoughts on where he would play in three iconic Brazilian World Cup teams. When discussing the 1970 team, he stated he would replace Tostão, an assertion backed by Tostão himself who had previously acknowledged that Neymar would fit well in that squad. Neymar also asserted he would take Dunga's place in the 1994 team and would opt to replace Rivaldo in the 2002 squad.
