Clean Up Gmail Attachments
It’s not just files stored on Google Drive that occupy space—attachments in your Gmail account also count against your storage limit. To target these space-consuming attachments, use advanced search operators in Gmail to find emails with attachments larger than 10 MB. From there, you can delete or download these files to free up additional space. Don’t forget to empty your Gmail trash afterward, as deleted items still consume storage until permanently removed.
