Guilherme's journey in sports journalism began in 2006 during his second week of college. Securing an internship at the São Paulo Football Federation, he had his first taste of the field, supporting a range of clubs and writing news articles about them. Throughout his career, he worked at prominent institutions like Band and Rede TV, gaining insights and expanding his role from intern to on-screen sports reporter.
By 2008, he joined Rede TV, where he cultivated his craft and covered major events from football to motorsports, enjoying a thriving career until 2013. After a brief stint at Terra that ended when the company downsized, he ventured into freelancing and the world of women’s football, until an unexpected pause when he pursued a different venture—owning an auto repair shop.
