Let’s Get Mixing!
First, let’s combine our ingredients. Be sure to chill your heavy cream overnight to achieve that fabulous fluffiness.
Combine Ingredients: In a mixer, add the condensed milk, heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla essence, stabilizer, and emulsifier.
Blend: Mix on medium speed for about 1-2 minutes until the mixture doubles in volume. You don’t need to overmix; just blend until combined.
Divide: Depending on how many flavors you want to create, separate the mixture into two bowls.
