  • For the second bowl, I’m using a strawberry mix (like Nesquik or similar) to create a sweet, fruity ice cream. You can combine this by hand instead of a machine to avoid introducing too much air.

Hit the blend lightly, just enough to combine, and then your flavors will shine through beautifully.

Freezing Time

Transfer each flavor into suitable ice cream containers and put them in the freezer. If you don’t have a freezer, a regular freezer should work; allow 6 to 12 hours for the ice cream to set completely.
