Part 2/4:
Start by pouring the chilled heavy cream into a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat the cream until it becomes light and fluffy. This process typically takes around three minutes. If you don't have a hand mixer, don't worry; a blender can also do the job well.
Step 2: Combine with Condensed Milk
Once the cream is at the desired consistency, add the chilled sweetened condensed milk to the bowl. Mix this together for another couple of minutes until well-combined. The mixture will be thicker and fluffier, resembling a soft cream.
Portioning the Ice Cream
Next, it’s time to portion out your delicious mixture. Grab some disposable cups or ice cream molds, and fill them with the mixture. About 100 ml per cup is a good measurement to ensure there’s enough for everyone.
