Mixing & Incorporating Flavors
Once you have your base mixture, it’s time to beat it vigorously until it noticeably increases in volume – this step is where that signature, creamy texture shines through. After achieving the desired consistency, gently fold in the chocolate flakes or granulated chocolate, setting aside a portion for decoration later.
Mix everything together carefully to ensure the chocolate is evenly distributed throughout the mixture without losing all the air you just incorporated.
