After completing the setup and generation of keys, review the settings. Validate the configurations, including which resources and credits will be charged to your account. If everything looks good, proceed to create your virtual machine.
Upon creation, Azure will initiate the deployment. You’ll want to retrieve the public IP address assigned to your new instance for remote access later.
Configuring Remote Access with PuTTY
To connect to your virtual machine, download and install PuTTY if you haven’t already. Open PuTTY and enter the public IP address you copied earlier. Under SSH-Auth, you can provide the private key in PPK format.
