3. Spine Alignment:
Make sure your spine remains upright throughout the practice. You should feel a sense of grounding through your seated position.

Focus your gaze on the third eye—the point between your eyebrows. Engage in the mantra “Sat Nam,” which translates to "Truth is my identity." Chant this mantra rapidly, approximately eight to ten repetitions per ten seconds for effectiveness. Feel the contraction in your belly during "Sat" and the relaxation during "Nam."
