Part 4/7:
To help attendees connect with their sacral chakra, Valinda introduced the posture called Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose). This position invites practitioners to bring the soles of their feet together, forming a diamond shape with their legs. While demonstrating the pose, she encouraged flexibility and personal adjustments, emphasizing that each person's range of motion will differ.
Instructions for Baddha Konasana
Sit Comfortably: Bring the soles of your feet together, allowing your knees to fall open.
Engage Your Spine: Hold onto your knees, inhale deeply, and lengthen your spine forward.
Exhale and Round: As you exhale, round your spine back to deepen the stretch, concentrating on flexibility and breath.
