Part 4/9:
The initial movements in the class focused on awakening the legs and lower body. Andrew encouraged participants to gently shake out their legs to stimulate energy flow. This was followed by movements targeting the joints of the feet and ankles, reminding practitioners of the importance of these often-overlooked areas in supporting our body and mobility.
From there, they proceeded to work on the knees and hips through various movements that were simple yet effective in bringing awareness and motion to these foundational joints. This emphasis on gentle movement helped participants begin to notice the shifting energies within their bodies.
