After the centering, warm-up exercises help activate the entire chakra system, particularly the lower three chakras: Muladhara, Swadhisthana, and Manipura. As practitioners inhale deeply and arch their spines forwards and backwards, they begin clearing energetic blockages along the spine, bringing focus to the navel chakra. Keeping the gaze upward towards the third eye point in the center of the brow enhances concentration and connection to spiritual energy.
